Upgrading to a XP-Dev.com Paid Plan

Why upgrade ?

    Your quota will automatically be upgraded from 200MB to the plan of your choice
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) access to your projects and repositories
    Use an encrypted channel to access your projects and Subversion repositories.
  • Remove advertisements
    All paid accounts do not have any advertisements on Project (Bugs, Stories, Tasks, Wikis, Forums, Blogs, etc), Iteration and Repository pages.
  • Realtime Backups
    Paid accounts benefit from full backups of all repositories and file attachments.

How do I upgrade ?

To upgrade your account, all you have to do is head over to your upgrade page. If you currently have a XP-Dev.com Free account, you will see the following page (will be different depending on which plan you’ve picked):

Click on one of the Buy Now button depending if you want to pay for your subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. You should get redirected to Paypal to complete the purchase. You do not need to create a Paypal account to upgrade.

How long does it take to upgrade ?

The upgrade process is automated. As soon as the payment with Paypal is completed, your account should get upgraded within a few minutes.

If it is not upgraded within 30 minutes, please raise a support ticket and it will be investigated asap.

Can I get a refund ?

Yes, you can!

Every upgrade is covered with a 30 day refund policy.

To get a refund, just raise a support ticket

Refunds are handled manually, and it will be processed in a couple of days.
