I’ve made my subversion repository public, but it still prompts for a password. Does it take awhile for the setting to go into effect?

There’s a bug in marking repositories public. The current workaround is manual that only admins can do, and I’ve just done it.
Bug will be fixed this weekend
Do give a shout if its still not working.
